JOB DESCRIPTION
Our Stamford showroom is seeking a passionate and motivated Sales Associate to grow with our team. The ideal candidate must possess a professional demeanor, have strong written and oral communication skills and enjoy developing relationships with interior designers and architects. They will work closely with interior designers on their projects assisting in all aspects of their business. They will be a “big-picture” thinker with a positive attitude. This individual should approach every day with a proactive mindset. This candidate will report directly to the showroom manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Work with Interior Designers to provide accurate quotes, assist in design selections and details for each order, and maintain communication throughout the entire production and delivery process.
- Building and fostering relationships with new and existing clients.
- Providing a high level of personalized customer service.
- Assisting customers in the showroom, via email and over the phone on all queries related to textile and furniture collections, advising on bespoke options and lead times, providing samples whenever necessary.
